well yesterday i went to the dentist and i got my wisdom teeth pulled out, all four and got two x-rays done and i'm spotting brown and i'm also having cramping and know i'm scared i took a pregnancy test before going to the dentist and it was negative. what does the spotting mean

You may be on the verge of starting your period, as you are having cramps. It may just be a coincidence that you just got done with the dentist and now you are cramping. If he gave you just straight up novacaine, i don't think that would make you bleed other than the start of your cycle.
