Hi Sarah! I believe 39 days is enough to loose 10 pounds. Just try to be more active, run or go fast walking every day. Stay off fast food. Try eating more vegetables and fruits and that will do the thing. Try not to eat late in the evening and dont skip your breakfast. If you don't know how to organize your diet you can look on the net, you'll find a lot of programs. Two years ago I lost 12 kg in two moths, I was on UN diet, maybe you heard about it, but I wouldn't recommend you this one. You don't need that for 10 pounds, just exercise every day, eat healthier and that's it. :-) Good luck.
