still no period or positive tests im scared n duno what to do :(

i havent had a period now for3 months me n my bf only use concraception when he ejaculates, ive had all the symptons from sickness to a leaking boob(twice)...my bellys alway bloated to where i cant hide it anymore ,ive been docs where they say im not pregnant done countless urine tests and a blood test all negative im at my wits end and dont know what to do , any advice would be fab??????? x
