I'm 14 and I think I've been having stomach pains because of my anxiety and I dont know what to do about it. So every morning for a week I've been waking up at 7 am to get ready for band camp. It starts at 9 am so this gives me a 30 minute break before I have to actually leave. But while I'm waiting to leave my stomach starts hurting. Not like I'm gonna throw up but it's definitely uncomfortable. Last year at the beginning of the school year it would do the same thing. I take some stomach pills but they don't help.
