I had an abortion 1,5 week ago and now I feel like a have a stomach virus. I vomit, I feel cramps and I have a little fever. Is it possible that I have stomach virus?

Everything is possible. Although I think this is not a stomach virus, but side effects of an abortion. Cramps and vomiting are nothing unusual, but fever could be a sign of something more serious. If I were you, I would call my doctor.
