I have been smoking daily for 35 years. Cut down to two or three hits a day. Play full court basketball 2-3 times per week. Lift weights 2-3 times a week. Run 3 miles 1-2 times a week. Eat fairly healthy and have never drank. Drink a gallon of cranberry juice a week. Quit four days ago to be able to pass a drug test for a new job. Miss the buzz, but have had none of the withdrawl symptoms described by others. Just thought I would add to the discussion.

what up everyone, just wanted to share my story about marijuana withdrawal, for the longest time I thought it was a joke and not real, but after 10 years of everyday smoking I decided it was time for a 100 day no pot challenge, I'm on day 2 and man let me tell you; marijuana withdrawls is real as f**k, the only symptoms I seem to get are; loss of appetite/extreme nausea whenever I eat, and it's also really hard to fall asleep at night, I have found a remedy that works extremely well for the nausea/ appetite loss, it's called OxyContin, and it almost immediately gets rid of all the nausea and let's me eat fine, just gotta make sure you don't get addicted to these things because opiate withdrawal is 100x worse than this, also sleep-aid pills or benzo's work great for the insomnia, hope this info helps and goodluck everybody stay strong!

Hi hunni. If it helps I'm going through the same thing. I've smoked if for 10 years. Constant for about 6. I'm 24 years old. I went cold turkey 2 weeks ago. And it's been 1 problem after another. I can't sleep. When I do I get woken up my my heart racing. Its horrid. I've lost my appetite. I've lost so much weight. Other things going on is constipation. I feel sick all day. But not actually been sick at all. That's how I know it's withdrawls. And I'm not ill. I can't wait to feel normal again. It's will have been 3 weeks soon and I'm still feeling sh*t. I don't know how long it will take for me to feel better. All I know us I'm never touching it again
