Rather than a bruise this may be a reaction of the skin on your penis to friction. It is fairly common, and is caused by masturbating without a lubricant. Don't worry about it - it's just the skin reacting to having your hand move across it so much. Try using a lubricant and it should go away eventually. Hope this helps.
