Strange Breakout on my chin

Can someone please tell me what that is! I can't get rid of it! It burns a little and it also hurts a little. To maintain it so that it doesn't go crazy on my chin... I put Advantan fatty ointment on it. And I've also tried Elocon Mometasone Furoate. If I don't. A bad breakout forms on my chin. Like really bad. Can someone please help me as to what that is.
