I am a 20 year old male and ive had this problem since i can remember. Basically, there is a soft, spongy mass almost the size of the testicle attached to my left testicle. it almost feels as if it is a bunch of small tubes bundled up. also, on left side of the scrotum, some of the veins are darker red or purplish colored. sometimes there is pain, but more of a dull achy pain. I am not sure of what this may be. if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
I have the same exact symptoms and was hoping you could tell me what this is. Have you been treated yet? I'm planning on going to the Doctor's as soon as possible, but was hoping you might be able to give me some information in the meantime. I am 25 y/o and have had this for quite some time as well. Is it right for a 14 almost 15 yr old to have a werid mass in the scrotum?
Just had somewhat same issue checked out today. Dr said it is called a vericocele. Google it and check out. Mine also is on the left side and it is more common to be on that side.
By the way I am 21 and have had it since I can remember. Dr also said its not a real problem unless pain gets unbearable then it should be removed. Stay Well!
