I also can go about mentioning all these symptoms, I was diagnosed with H-pylori, and I have severe IBS till today no doctor has ever gave the verdict on the issue, I was also tested for food allergies just to find out I have a severe reaction to gluten, casein and lactose, so I'm thinking Celiac also look into that... they are all basically the same symptom's. I have the exact same condition.
Sharp needle like pain when put pressure in lower left abdomen.
I think its because of eating spicy food too much like chips, kurkure etc.
I am treating myself for Diverticulitis.
