its been about three weeks since i last had intercourse. i had it about four times before that. i am almost 17 and i think that i might be pregnant, but all the tests have said that i am not. i have so many symptoms, but i am not sure if they are all normal: swollen/tender breasts, oddly colored aeroles, (this morning) extremely heavy, chunky bleeding when i wiped, dizzy spells, fatigue, chapped lips, always thirsty no matter how much i drink, weakness, weird food cravings, and certain smells make me sick. is it too early for the pregnancy tests to be accurate? i have not told my parents so i can not see a doctor, and plus they are closed today. i do not want to worry them if i end up not being pregnant. is the heavy bleeding normal? what should i do? help!

if you are bleeding, why are you worried about being pregnant? pms symptoms are very similar to early pregnancy symptoms. if the bleeding is not normal for your regular periods, you might want to see a doctor, just to see if there is any reason for it. but if you'd like, you can take a pregnancy test at any point now. there are lots that are made to tell a woman she's pregnant from the first day of a missed period, so since you have one, it should be able to tell you. first response is the most sensitive right now.

your bleeding and you've had negative pregnancy tests- your NOT pregnant.... the heavy bleeding could very well be because fertilization occured but did not implant- This happens ALL the time most woman just dont realize it because, well, its a period...just a little heavier - I would seriously consider seeing to doctor so you can get some Birth control though- Having a baby is not easy andthe baby really becomes your life your so young enjoy it while you can :-)
