i am 49 years old, for about last 5-6years i have urine related problems i.e
frequently i had to go for urination, times after every 15-20 mins
at ni may be 6-8 times
to pass the full urine to my satiisfection i have to sit for 20 -25 mins because i am unable to pass the urine in one go, it is being passed in pauses as the flow of urine is also very slow, and if otherwise after few mins again i have to run for urination


for the purpose following lab test were under taken:-
ULTRASOUND KUB & PROSTATE
Rt Kidney - normal
Lt Kidney - normal
Ureters - are not dilated
Urine Bladder - shows normal wall thickness. no calculus or mass is noted
Post void urine volume is - 273 ml
Prostate - normal in size, weight and echotexture
Impression - significant posturid urine volume
VOIDE Test
Voiding Time - 54 Sec
Flow Time - 43 Sec
Time to Max Flow - 5
Max Flow Rate - 7.0 ml/s
Average Flow Rate - 5.2 ml/s
Voided Volume - 229
Rethrograde Urethrogram:-
A small and tight structure was noted at ant/out & front urethenal junction
Prostates urethern seen normal
IMP : - URETHERAL STRUCTURE (BULKOUS)
seeing the finding urologist has advised to go under urine track surgery, WICH I DO'NT WANT

Please advise some treatment/medicines may it be homeopathic treatment, Thanks
