Hello, I 36 year old female. My job is very stressful and I became very nervous and intolerant since over the years of working. This that worries me is that in last couple of days small pimple-like growths appeared on my forehead. I don’t know what the cause is. I was thinking on allergy or reaction from touching forehead with dirty hands. But when I think carefully I am very clean and there is minor chance that I am allergic on something that I am not aware of. Is it possible that all that stress I’ve been having caused small pimple-like growths on my forehead?

Hi! I suffer from rosacea. It is a skin disease and it causes “pimples” on the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. The exact cause is not known, but triggers for rosacea are from hot water or stress to alcohol to spicy food. Dermatologist should exam those small pimple-like growths on your foreskin. I think that is possible that your body reacts on stress in this way.

Male, 41. Similar stress type job. Same has appeared on my forehead...usually when I'm gearing up for the week or in a stressful situation. Yep, stress as best as I can guess. My wife an RN thinks so too.
