Ive noticed personally that whenever one of these has showed up it was because the clothing ai was wearing was too tight. I'm sure anyone with a bit of a belly knows tight jeans are an issue. When you sit the button can dig into you. I think that is what caused my blister thing.

I'm having the same problem right now! I just called my mom freaking out and she said I needed to take a hot bath to draw it up and take a needle to lance it and pop it. The heat helps it! Its on my inner thigh on a stretch mark and yes there's an ingrown hair in it!!

It hurts way too bad to pop!! Will it just go away if I leave it? This is my second one on my belly stretch mark. And I've had one on the side of my boob awhile back.

Dermelastic serum hasn't done much for my stretch marks but it has worked wonders for ance scars on my face. I have tan skin and my skin scars after I get a breakout no matter what. After I started using this serum on my face, those scars have been fading so much faster than they do naturally or with any other product. Highly recommend for acne scars (or any other scar for that matter)

Sorry to bump a dead thread, but figured I'd post this for people who Google like I just did. I just came across this, but some people might have Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). I've had these issues for years, I yoyo with my weight but it's happened whether fat or skinny (although the skin rubbing when I'm fat certainly doesn't help). Anyway, just to ease your minds, if it's HS: it's not really ingrown hair, it's not because your fat (although weight-loss can help), it's not contagious, and you're NOT going to die. ;)
There's plenty of tips and tricks on the internet, and if you talk to a dermatologist about I'm sure they can verify if you have it and help you manage it. Best of luck all!

It can be a serious situation. You should consult a doctor as soon as possible.

Did you go to the Dr and find out what it was? I have one on my belly that gets big so I poke it to release the blood so it goes down and stops hurting. When it isn't swollen it's always there. I wish it would just go away. I just had to poke it again and release the blood. It hurts for a day then comes back after a couple weeks I googled and found this thread. Would like to know what you found out.

I also have this red bump on a belly stretch mark. It is very soft skin, it is not hard underneath, if anything it feels empty underneath. I am over weight and it's under my belly fold along my panty line. It isn't sore unless I gently squeeze on it. I poked a little one time and it bled a little but not too bad. I don't think it's an ingrown hair but I don't know what else it would be. Im also googling for answers and am following this thread.

I have recurring blood blisters on my legs. I just pop them and apply a zinc paste onto skin. It is helpful for some time, but these pimples keep coming back.
I checked with my dermatologist and luckily it isn't Hidradenitis Suppurativa (thank you guest for your tip), it is just that I'm in the early stage of obesity and my sweat and inappropriate clothes lead to clogging of skin pores.
Either I lose some weight or start wearing bigger clothes, there is no other alternative.
