Hi everyone. I'm 21. from the age of 7 to 16 I used to run. I ran every single day and on the weeks. I basically never stopped. I personally loved it but i had to stop until two things happened to me.
I hurt my ankle because i hit a growth spurt when I was 16. I suddenly went from UK shoe size 8 to 11 and then I got really bad muscle cramps.
I just gave up running since the cramps only act when I run. But several years later my cramps haven't resolved themselves. They are still there. I want to try and run again but I don't want to collapse half way in pain because of my calf muscle.
Anyone have tips?
