I am a 17 year old female, who has recently been suffering from a stumach achign feeling, kind of a gnawling like i am very hungry but I eat and it doesn't go away. I have tried antacids and resting and advil, nothign is working. I also have had to urinate very frequently like once evry half hour almost. And you'd think urinating so mcuh woudl reduce the amoutn of fluid that comes out but no... its at least a cup every time. :'(
My parents don't think its serious, and until im on my death bed they probably won't take me to the doctor because they belive i am a hypochondriac and i probabyl am, im jsut wondering if anyone had suffered similar symptoms and what they mean? and if its serious?

Don't worry! Most likely you have an Urinary Tract Infection! You should go to the doctor though for him to give you some antibiotics. If not treated, it can go to your kidneys and your infection will get much more serious.
Hi,
I have the exact same symptoms! I've had it for about 4 years now. I have Crohn's Disease and they started after my last Crohn's attack, but my Crohn's is now under control but these symptoms remain. Sometimes it lasts for 4-5 days. I thought maybe it was constipation or IBS, but it seems more serious. I'm severely underweight too due to these pains and wondered if I was experiencing physical symptoms associated with anorexia (bloating, constipation). But the having to urinate constantly is awful! And I don't think it's just gas pressure on my bladder because I pee soo much when it happens, I don't understand it. I also have the gnawing feeling in my stomach where I feel full and hungry at the same time. But eating makes it worse!
Have you had any luck finding out what it is or what helps? Have you ever had any other digestive disorders or suffered from an eating disorder?
I hope you're able to find a way to fix it...I know how awful it feels!
