Is there an answer to this mystery yet??? I am all of a sudden experiencing this, freaking me out so I google it. I'm having a warm, not painful but very obvious very warm feeling on the bottom of my left foot only, in the arch of the foot. I'm only 35 and this thing has been going on for like 3-4 days not. At first I ignored it but now it's becoming concerning to me. Anyone have an answer??

Don't freak out -- yet. Yes, it might be something potentially serious. But, in my case, I had it for a month or two -- several times a day. And then it went away just as mysteriously as it appeared.

I have this... My research says could be a sign of either nerve damage.... Or early signs of diabetes

53, Deftly not the shoes, because I can be laying down and my right foot feels that warmth sensation. Not sure what it could be.

I'm having this sensation too, also in just one foot (my left) and I haven't had a pedicure for over a year. I remember feeling warmth in my left leg, like feeling blood rushing down my leg (not painful at all) 15 years ago right before I found out I had a malignant tumor in my bladder and I always wondered if it was somehow related but never got this confirmed. It went away but may have come back periodically. Now it's happening in my left foot. When I was having cellulitis (staph) issues in my left foot 2 years ago, I had a similar sensation at times, particularly after I'd eaten cow dairy, but that was also accompanied by itchy and slightly swollen feet which is not happening at all with what's happening now. So I'm trying to figure this out too and swatting in the dark.
