I'm experiencing the same thing! Sometimes I get that kind of sensation once a while, multiple times a day, or just a few times every other month.

I'm only 19 years old and had this since around 16 years old, but not it wasn't frequent compared to today at this age. Never had heart problems- just a dog dander allergy, asthma and eczema.

I only wear boots, sneakers or sandals. I go barefoot around the house (on carpet) and wear slippers in the kitchen. I take advance dance class 5 days a week, attend hip-hop club every Tuesday, and dance for fun almost everyday.

Can we have this unusual situation on Dr.Oz/The Doctors?

I have this warm sendation appear on the bottom of my left foot, in the arch area.  It comes and goes...not tight shoes, not pedicures.  The only thing going on with me different is stressful situation, recently started taking magnesium (sp?).  Can't find an good answer.

I began feeling the sensation of heat in my left foot   It is mainly on the right side of the foot and it just feels like someone is heating the area. It does not hurt. I broke a toe about 3 months ago but I have just recently developed this sensation.

I am 14 years of age. I began feeling this in both feet and my legs since 2 weeks ago. I have anxiety, panic, and OCD. I think my, and everyone else's problem with this sensation may be related to cortisol, which is elevated in the blood af anyone with stress/anxiety/panic.

In the past two weeks I have also noticed random but consistent, warm sensations on the arch of my right foot even when I'm bare feet around the house or when I have shoes on. It's been pretty consistent several times a day for two weeks now, no pain just warmth. I thought maybe it was just my blood flowing, but why only my right foot all of sudden? I would really like to know what this is??

I have been doing more and more meditation and seeking spiritual perspectives on life. I have noticed that occasionally my left heal will get extremely warm deep within it; it is not painful or even discomforting. Maybe it doesn't have to mean that something is wrong. Maybe something is getting right?

It comes and goes, its not painful. But its definately strange. Its directly in my arch.

I don't know what to do either.

I'm 15, and high school just started. I've been getting that warm sensation in my right foot for a few moments and then its gone. I think it's the way we sit at desks or in chairs.. maybe a low circulation of blood. This usually happens when my back is in an odd position, such as sitting with my back curving like a roly poly. Or if my legs are crossed or turned inwards and I undo them, I usually get the warmth. I think we all just need to get up and walk around occaionally. I sit at desks for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and then get 5 minutes of walking before class starts again, so when the warmness starts, just get up and do something like sharpen your pencil or get a tissue. That's all I can think of. Thoughts going to everyone here with the problem!
