Show me the link between uric acid and the warm feeling in feet. or foot. Because as far as I have been able to research uric acid is connected to a completely different condition called gout. Also my blood tests have all come back normal. So I am calling you wrong on your uric acid post.

Hello All,

So there is no bar of age, existing disease etc for this symptom right? All ages women, whether diabetic, overweight etc or not, they are experiencing this symptom. This also can be experienced by men. This is one of the symptom of spiritual ascension/awakening. We all are changing our DNA (or say mutating) and ascending to a future human being as a result this symptom (out of many other) is felt and this is a good news.

The bad news for those who only believe in materialism, or say 3D reality and wish to depend on doctors, pills, injections etc is that, there is no exact medical diagnosis for this, and such many symptoms humanity is facing today. (and they need not read further.) Medicines would interrupt your ascension  process.

Whats the remedy? Just allow. Some relief bringers are meditation, walking barefoot or sleeping on earth (even on your floor, connect to mother earth), drink coconut water empty stomach in the morning, more water intake, leave non veg, use of crystals etc. If you choose not to believe in your future as such, go to the doctor. :)

I love this post! I am 37, smoked 4 years ago, have quit, also a menthol smoker - I too use two packets of splenda in my coffee in the morning, am overweight but try to be active with twin boys - brush with colgate and wear sandals most of the time or barefoot in the house I live in Trenton, Fl. and also find my foot radiates warm sensation on the left top of the foot...been happening about a few months now, thought it might be hormonal - May have something to do with pinched nerve since I do get vertigo at times - thought it might also be diabetes related, I have not been diagnosed as diabetic except during gestational period, but got the okay from doctor that I am no longer diabetic. I too wonder if any of the things you mention could be the culprit...my first thought is maybe it is the splenda..but I think I got it before I switched. I spend a lot of time at my computer and it usually starts to happen when I am in sitting position so to me that points back to maybe poor posture or something pinching in spine?? did you find out what was the cause of your hot foot? Interested - Lisa ;o)

I am a 41 year old female, not diabetic, not overweight and I have no health issues. I started to experience the same thing in both feet a few weeks ago. like everyone else it's not painful just a warm sensation that will last about 10 seconds or so. I found out that it is caused by nerves in your foot and its nothing to worry about. Sometimes a muscle will contract and put pressure on a nerve and that will cause the warm sensation too. it's completely normal and nothing to worry about. I hope this helps everyone...

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I also get these feelings. In addition, I go through stages of leg or foot cramps, the stage of "vibration in my arm or legs similar to a cell phone vibration. I believe is related to the nerves. Sometimes my leg, the one affected by RA becomes cold, but the area affected by inflamation is hot and slightly red. I'm in the remission stage right now, and have been for more than a year...this is because I take Magnesium Chloride with Calcium (from Target), do stretches applying pressure twice or three times a week, and also do water exercises applying pressure. My life changed 99 percent since I started doing the exercises and taking the vitamin. I don't know which one works better, if it is only the exercises or if the vitamin has any input on it. I researched about and Mag Chloride appeared as one of the most efficient vitamin for my case. You can not have high blood pressure to take this vitamin. Ps. There are nine types of Magnesium. You want to use the one mentioned here.  I've heard tha people with diabetes can also have the warmth of their feet and hands.

See more about RA. You must take two tests in order to get a positive result. Blood sedimentation rate and RA factor. See below.

Best of luck,

Getting a kick out of some of these responses..  I have the same thing.  I have Lyme disease and sciatic issues.  After reading through all of the responses and range of ages and conditions I would assume it has to do with pinched nerves or nerves being affected by inflammation.  I doubt we all have fatty livers, thyroid cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis or are experiencing an awakening.  ;)  Going to do some stretching, take the magnesium and relax.  The nerves can be affected by so many different health issues..we're all experiencing a symptom of many different conditions.  That's my completely "unprofessional" opinion.  :-D

Very interesting! For some weeks ago I felt this the first time, under my left foot. Thought it was the sun that had warmed the floor. After that I have recognized it several times.

Thank you for this discussion. Now I think it is about a nerve compressed somewhere in my back. I will wait and see how it developes.

I am 41 years old and have had this same wierd feeling - the warm / hot spot, only about the size of quarter and not hot to the touch.  It's started first on my right shoulder joint and went away for a few years.  Then I noticed it recently in my left heel and occasionally on my left calf and once on my left arm.  It comes and goes and there is no pain, tingling or numbness.  My left ring finger also feels strange, not numb or tingling, but like it's falling asleep.  No diagnosis yet, but it sure is comforting to hear other people have experienced this too!

I am 48, female, not a diabetic, but recently had tests done twice in a month because the first one showed that I might be. I have also been experiencing for the last three weeks, maybe 4-6 times per day ( 5-15 seconds) my left toe feels like its really hot. I went for blood work because I have started urinating frequently, every hour, 24 hours a day and I am up through the night. Three weeks of this, and the blood work has come back all normal. I suffer from severe multiple allergies and am gluten sensitive. this last month I've been craving pasta and have eaten it twice per week. Recently, I have read that these symptons can be triggered by food allergy or sensitivity to gluten. I will stop eating the pasta and avoid any and all gluten products and see if these symptons disapear.

21yrs of age, not obese, but I could shed something ;p. but this morning I felt the same thing, two inch diameter, top right of foot. No reason or explanation seeing as I've only done arm building excersizes. Any strain would be too minor to cause it. Though I did see in a few documentaries lately that it's been occurring quite frequently to more and more people, but these were conspiracy theory shows,(probably bogus to think its what they say) just feels strange, and that it's common on this thread shocks me a little more. But I hope to find a more credible source and undeniable answer:)

I am a 21 year old female, recently have spent alot of time at a office desk, (new Job) been getting a warm feeling only for a few seconds on the upper left part of my foot, no pain, just feels like a little heater goes over it. I could stand to loose a few more pounds but I do not have diabetes or any other type of illnesses. The best answer I have read in this thread said it is a normal thing that happens once in a while and is caused by nerves in your feet.
