I just purchased these pills. Couldn't find the milk. I sure hope it helps!!
OK I've had sinus issues all my life and it's been a constant battle...last year I started getting what you are describing a terrible smell and taste in my mouth...I visited the doctor repeatedly over the last few years and had an assortment of antibiotic and steroids it worked for a little while and then back to the usual sinus infection....after getting the order I started reading everything I could find out about it. Finally I resorted to drastic measures I bought a NETI POT and used the packet that comes with it but also added Peroxide (3%) a teaspoon at first and then added another teaspoon each time until now I use 2 tablespoons in about 10 ounces of water and the NETI POT packet...at first I rinsed every day or every other day now I use it once a week or even longer if I start feeling congested even slightly..each time I finish using the NETI POT I blow hard holding each nostril closed at first I would get a lot of green mucus out also it took a while for me to battle through all this I had YEARS of infection built up with nasty stuff coming out. I also started taking a large amount of VITAMIN C 1000mg 4 times a day after breakfast, lunch, supper and before bed...also every couple of days I take 20,000 units of D3 and 250mg of Magnesium the VITAMIN C and D3 are to promote healthy sinus....also if I feel congested I take a couple of Oreganol P73 tablets and it opens up my sinus. All this said to say I feel so much better I can breath both sides are wide open ...before trying this do some reading out online...the PEROXIDE kills bacteria and fungus in your sinus..it kills it the problem with my sinus are palps that grow because of bad air flow then bacteria starts and then the mucus which causes the infection and pressure. This amount of VITAMIN C can cause diarrhea but spreading it out throughout the day prevents that. I also take Alergra for allergies but that is the only other med...hope this helps..if you try the PEROXIDE I recommend increasing gradually like I did it was the path someone else recommended to me..
Hi. I'm a 54 year old male and have the same problem. I visited my dentist because i had a slight tooth ache. He checked it out and no infection found. I went to see GP and was given a antibiotics. Since then i have had the tooth removed due t it cracking. They found a slight infection on the root which was close to my nasal passage. A week after the extraction i still have this smell and taste but not as bad. Going back to GP to seek more advice.
Please message me if you find anything out i have the same thing, i have had it for 12 years now i have seen 3 ent doctors and no result.
How much vinegar did you use and for how long? I'm so tried of everything smelling the same. I hate this smell!!
Does anyone have any updates on this?
I have this same thing happening and it started about 15 years ago and would only come ever so often but now it’s almost daily. I used to be able to get rid of it with my NeilMed sinus rinse but even that is not getting it. I went to the ENT and they did a scan and it looks normal. I am so frustrated. Have you been able to get any answers?
I have this too, and same thing...only on one side of my nose. I’ve had this happening for 15 years, very seldom at first but it’s getting worse and worse. I’m so frustrated and it’s ruining my quality of life. I just found this page tonight and I need to find others to talk to about it.
I have same this condition since 5 months. I have been treated so many times but no positive effects results have occur. In this word the taste is the great blessing of God. I can't eat any thing with taste. I can't fell smell of perfume or bad smell.

what do you do with the milk?

I think my ENT messed me up because since my sinus/eat tube surgery I can't taste or smell for weeks at a time. Comes and goes. Could be allergies but it's so hard to live this way. I'm sad. What are my options?
Vinegar your kidding me right !!!! I’m 70 years old. I’ve had covid. I survived but lost taste and smell. 10 months later weird smell and faint bad taste. After reading your vinegar remedy I was intrigued but didn’t want to heat up the vinegar to breath the fumes. I need to use a c-pap with humidifier. I mixed in 50% vinegar to the water. Still don’t believe it, NO BAD SMELL
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Hello all,
I too had been scouring the Internet for an answer to this problem that greatly affects my life every single day. I have a bad smell in my nose that also affects my taste. I have had it for about 4 years now. I saw many ENTs and had MRIs and CT scans. The bad smell is only in my left nostril. The conclusion for myself is that it is a neurological issue. If I invert my head, or put my head upside down, it puts pressure on my face/nose and it will make the smell go away for me. I usually lay on my bed face down and let my head hang down off the edge. I live with this affliction every day, but thankfully that trick has gotten me through. Blowing my nose will instantly trigger the smell for me. Laughing also is a trigger. I have found that cannabis also will take away the smell for me - I assume it calms the nerve(s) somehow. But I do not recommend that for a long-term solution. I hope my testimony helps anyone searching for relief. Look into neurological issues and you may find what you're looking for.
