Have been smoking for 17 years are 32 now. Since I stopped smoking for 2 weeks now both my feet burns and pain as well as my lower legs while sitting or lying down to go to sleep. Its horrible. I also have chest pain that comes and goes and sometimes it feels severe and then goes away for a few minutes again. I had nose bleeding after 3 days after quiting only that lasted for 4 days. Headaches, nausea, shortness of breath that comes and goes. Struggle to fall a sleep. Losts of phlegm that looks like infection. Didn't know that it would feel this terrible after quiting. Though that one should actually feel better after quiting
