 SIR..good day..pls help me.what is the meaning of suspicious infiltrates right upper lungs.

IMPRESSION;

Bronchitis,hyperaerated lungs.

apico lordotic views to verify upper lung PTB

Apparently, there is a suspicious areas on your right upper lobes of the lungs that either is filled with fluid, infection, or malignant cells or hemorrhage that is filling the air spaces within.  It creates a visual impression of an increase of density in soft tissue in the area in question.  If it is fluid, it means there is pulmonary edema.  If it is infection, this is likely to indicate pneumonia, and if there is a mass, it is cancer.  From the additional information you provided, it sounds like the patient has pulmonary tuberculosis with a case of bronchitis, or inflammation of the bronchii.
