Hi, I got steam burn from pressure cooker, it was severe pian. I applied Pet Jelly immediately. But after 2 hours, it started swelling. I applied a cream called 'MEBO' which composed of B-sitosterol 0.25%. But swelling has extended, it is watery inside.

See your doctor. You are describing a 2nd or 3rd degree burn. Tissue has likely been destroyed and it can cause infection.
Get it checked.
