I have a question regarding my testicles. In 2006 I found my right testicle (Right hand side) grow in size, there is no pain, but if I touch I feel pain. Since few days I found they enlarged to the size of a TT ball. I am worried about this. My collegue advised me that it is natural, only if swollen and pain then to visit a doctor. Please advise me in this regard.
