Hi, I am a thirty four years old woman. I think I might be catching a cold, but I am worried that it could be something else. There is no high temperature present, but my throat is swollen. Also, I have difficulties eating. I remember reading somewhere that a swollen throat is a symptom of a cancer. Since I do not have fever, could I be developing cancer?
