Swollen upper eye lids

My girlfriend's upper eye lids are both swollen. They are not red, itchy or anything like that. Her eyes appear half shut at times. She has also vomitted a little twice and been constantly itching all over her body. Her eyes have been swollen for about a week now but the vomitting has only started 3-4 days ago. At times she says she feels fine and other times she said she is feeling sick. She is not drinking or passing urine anymore than usual and hasn't been suffering from headaches or stomach pains. Does anyone know of what could be wrong so I can stop worrying myself sick? :-(
