I have bruises on my abdomen and read in one place this could be sign of leukemia or liver disorder. Can a simple blood test tell me what is going on? I do have low white blood count. It was being monitored for awhile but I stopped going for blood work.

Bruising is not specific to either disorder so we can't really say. It could also be a sign of anemia.
In general, if you had leukemia you'd have a high white blood cell count.
Check with your doctor.
