Are you regular on your periods? It is time for that super period to arrive?
Ok to start out, are you in a relationship? have had intercourse lately with in the last two months?
Now I feel that way some times, and it is due to Diabetes, are you also feeling or being thirsty, peeing a lot, you may have a problem that needs a medical diagnosis, or you may have the problem of being a teenager and having a growth spurt, it will wear you out growing up...
So it is time to make that appointment to see your family doctor, now!! to have some blood work and check up & look in to....the problem

a two for one appointment, do you think it wound be a good idea for you to be placed on the birth control pill now ? just thinking & asking.

Lots of times when our bodies are missing something, it sends us signals. Have you had you sugar checked? The shaky feeling sounds like low blood sugar. Make sure you try to eat something in the morning, this is your fuel to get you going for the day. If you are not a morning eater, as some of us are, try some Carnation Instant Breakfast, it's good. Try to grab a quick pick me up in the mid morning, something like a Granola bar or even a candy bar. Have lunch and supper as normal. If you have to skip a meal, lunch would be okay, but try to back it up with a little something to munch on. You would be surprised to see how different you may begin to feel. Don't drink a lot of caffein, i.e. soda, coffee etc. caffein will give you the shakes and it does keep you awake. I don't think it is an emotional thing at all, you just need to get in the practice of putting some calories into your body on a regular basis.
