today i had to leave class early because i felt faint, hot, and light headed. i could tell that my vision was getting fuzzy, which is always a clue to me that i need water asap and that i'm most likely dehydrated. the cramps during class were mild. when i got back to my room, the cramps went to a whole new level. they were the most painful i've ever felt. i couldn't move after i laid down, and the pain came in sharp waves, with only about 1 second in between where i felt okay before the pain came back again. i was extremely pale in my face and it was also quite cold. i'm doing better now, but when i go to the bathroom, i have a lot of liquidy blood come out. this has always been the case during every period though. does this sound like a consistent case of menorrhagia and just an abnormally intense episode of dysmenorrhea? any thoughts will be appreciated!
My doctor says that symptoms are not normal. It can be due to lot of stress, the pain I mean. Its recommended if you go visit a Doctor with your problem.
Ofcourse ask your doctor to prescribe some herbal or natural supplement cause allopathic medicines are not so useful for dysmenorrhea.
Take care.
