I've been having testicle pain for about 24 hours exactly now. I'm only 13 and pretty scared of what it could be. I was kicked in the groin area, could that be the cause?

Certainly! Being kicked in the groin would certainly involve your testicles!

If you've been suffering this long, it's high time you sought a doctor or medical clinic's help.
Do you have bruising? Is your scrotum swollen or tender? Is it just the testicles? Both? Just one?

It is possible to have a torsion (or twirling, wrapping around) of the testicle. This is very serious and must be attended to immediately, as the blood supply to the testicle is at risk. If you fear this, you need to go to the emergency room now!

You may also have just been bruised in the area, but since you specify testicle pain, I'd get checked out.
I'd also inform whoever kicked you that they can expect a bill. If this was on a sports field or at school, report it to the coach immediately.
If this was an accident, tell your parents now.

I hope this works out for you, but do let us know what you do and learn.

Kirk, I've talked to my parents, and they've turned out to be no help whatsoever. It's only in one testicle right now, the right one. My scrotum is not swollen. There is no bruising. And it was my sister who kicked me. I've called the emergency room myself, but they couldn't offer me any help, so I would appreciate if you could tell me what I should do.

I'm sorry to learn your father was of no assistance. That's a bummer.
Since this is inside your family, that explains more...

I guess after speaking with the emergency room and your folks, you might try
a couple of other "out of the box" ideas... like speaking to your sports coach.
Do you play soccer or football. Even baseball. Coaches have a lot of experience
with such injuries.
Second, you might call your local pharmacist. You'd be surprised what a wealth of
information and tips these guys can be in helping you with your health!

Last, and I might have suggested this first, you could try sitting in a warm bath
for say, 20 minutes to 30 minutes at a time, and see if that provides any relief.

Good luck. Let us know what works for you.
