Thanks Karen, I read your post and I did stop at the drug store and purchased a suspensory for my husband. His scrotum and testicles always hung down very low. Just a lot of flesh there and from thrusting his sack always slapped against my bottom and he would complain that his balls ached from the slapping against me. I used to reach under him and hold his testicles until he ejaculated as this stopped the discomfort. The suspensory works great as it stabilized his sack and balls and held them up close to his body and there is no discomfort..this works great thanks!!!

Men and their balls...they are so delicate. I handle my husbands with care and am never to active with them because after being married for 30 years I know how delicate they really are. Now during sex I just reach under him and GENTLY hold his sack and testicles until he ejaculates. Only takes a few minutes and he is usually done. I laugh because if I gently squeeze his testicles he ejaculates right away, just can't hold it back lol lol...just be gentle!!!!!

Hello I am 32 years old and I have a lot of pain in my left nut when I have sex with my wife in missionary when I am on top it's a sharp pain that goes in to a dull pain after sex but it's enough to interrupt sex. It is not from me hitting her butt is there any other reason why it would hurt so bad? Also it feels weird on the front top of my left nut

It would probably be a good idea to have it checked by a urologist. The doctor may want to get an ultrasound to get a better look at the testicle and the area above it. Since it is causing discomfort and you feel something there it's best to get it checked out
