Hey everyone,
I have a very similar issue with one or sometimes both ascending up near the base of the penis. Up to the inguinal ring, sometimes even further up than that. It has become debilitating as it now happens very frequently. It becomes vulnerable in that position, causing pain during thrusts in sex or other physical activities. I got a urology appointment on friday with a surgeon. I hope something can be done to solve this, perhaps orchiopexy. It has been a pain for the past 6 years and I'm tired of it. I'll post back here with an update.
I was told I could do a orchiopexy by another urologist several years ago to fix it. He said it similar to a retractile testicle, something more common among young boys. At the time, I didn't really think it was that bad, but now, I find it unbearable. Unfortunately, that urologist has since died, so I gotta find another one that is willing to "stitch" my testicles into place so they stay in the scrotum. Again, I'll let you guys know how it goes..

It's totally normal!!!!! It doesn't hurt and it feels totally natural. It means your gf can go crazy on you when she's riding you without you experiencing any pain. Once one of mine slipped out when she was riding me crazy and she was hitting it so hard I had to pop it back in before she could continue because it was getting squashed when it was external.
People have this freaky fear of things that are just natural and always want to run to the doctor so they can 'intervene' - stupid! Evolution isn't stupid!
When kangaroos fight their balls retract into their body in the same way. It's a protection thing.
