As soon as I get an erection I have the ability to pull on my foreskin and my balls retract inside me. For me it’s so pleasurable and it brings me to climax a lot quicker. When I have sex I usually let them go in and get my partner to push or play with them while they’re up there, or if I wank I let them go up and then put pressure on them, the ejaculation is unbelievable. Also as a gay man I’ve been with other guys where it happens so it is completely normal, however no one quite enjoys it or gets the sensation that I’ve found. I guess everyone’s quite different. I think you’ve got nothing to worry about and maybe try embracing it.

Youre testical will get smaller the more often you ejaculate. This happens to a lot of men. The only reason it slides up is because of that . It's not a thing to worry about

Odd as hell but this also happens to me and I had a hernia when I was young

You’re all overthinking this way too much. It’s completely normal for your balls to go up inside your pelvis area.

Use caution with that, I agree feels amazing but I did it once and strained a few muscles. The recovery time was 5 weeks... it sucked lol.

I've dealt with this same problem for many, many years. It always used to really freak me out whenever it would happen. I discovered my own personal hack or fix early on and that is to place a rubber band over my penis and testicles (around the base of my genitals) just before I masturbate or have sex. The idea is to find a rubber band that's the right size (one that's not too tight or too loose but nicely snug). Ever since I started using this trick, I almost never have had my testicles pull up inside me.

I, too, had a hernia operation when I was very young. I've dealt with this same problem for many, many years. It always used to really freak me out whenever it would happen. The idea is to find a rubber band that's the right size (one that's not too tight or too loose but nicely snug). After ejaculation, remove the rubber band. Ever since I started using this trick, I almost never have had my testicles pull up inside me.

I am a married woman for 33 years, I have made love to my husband countless times in the 33 years....I have noticed that just before my husband ejaculated both his testicles go up out of his sack just before he ejaculates...several seconds later his balls come back down into his sack...but during his ejaculation his balls are completely up and just his sack is hanging down. Other times his sack gets tight and wrinkled his testicles rise up. I think this is a normal occurrence when a man ejaculates..

I am a married woman 40 years, I have had sex with my husband to many times to count...but I always know when he is about to ejaculate as his balls rise up almost out of his sack as he ejaculates. I have seen this happen all the time just as he is about to ejaculate both balls rise way up and his sack gets all wrinkled and tight. After he ejaculates his balls come back down into the sack. It is a normal condition for a man's testicles to rise up like this. It is more pronounced in some men more than others but this is normal.

I thought the same thing. My husband ,his left nut hangs lower than his right one, when he is ready to ejaculate, his right nut goes up then a few seconds later his left ball goes up and both his nuts are up and you can not see them hanging. His penis gets very ridged and his penis starts to pulse and he ejaculates four or five spurts of ejaculate. When he is finished his left ball comes down first, then his right one follows a few seconds later. But while he is ejaculating just his empty sack is just hanging there, no balls to be seen. I was concerned about this but even his doctor said it is normal of many men that there testicles go up just before he climaxes.I was amazed at this as a woman I never knew this happened, but it is normal.

I am newly married, and I was having a private moment with my husband and I was stimulating him manually with my hand. he was standing in front of me as I was sitting on a chair. I could see his genitals very easily and as I stroked his penis he said he was going to ***, and as I looked both his testicles were completely up and just his scrotum was hanging there...both testicles were all the way up and I could not see them at all. He was shaking and tense and he began to ejaculate. It took about 5 or 6 seconds and he was climaxing from me stroking his penis. Then I noticed his testicles slowly came back down into his scrotum sack, and his penis was to sensitive to touch but his testicles, both of them were back hanging down, not hanging as low as before he ejaculated, but both visible in his scrotum sack. I know now after reading these reply that this is a normal function when a guy ejaculates. Thanks for putting this information out, thank you.

My solution is a large diameter rubber penis ring that fits snugly but certainly not too tightly around the base of both my penis and balls. Comfortable, looks good, maintains a slightly higher volume of blood in my erection, gives me a stronger orgasm and, most importantly, keeps my balls on the outside! Don’t go too tight, use a little lube on the ring if you have it, don’t leave it on beyond the sex session, and wash it with soap afterwards. $12-$20 for a nice one. Easy!
