I thought the same thing. My solution is a large diameter rubber penis ring that fits snugly but certainly not too tightly around the base of both my penis and balls. Comfortable, looks good, maintains a slightly higher volume of blood in my erection, gives me a stronger orgasm and, most importantly, keeps my balls on the outside!
