The other day whilst masturbating i noticed a small hard lump on my left testicle. i checked later on and it wasn't there. but it did return next time i masturbated i am slightly worried about this. can anybody advise me or inform me?

Hmmmm. Im not a doctor or anything but it might be cancer, talk to ur doctor
it may be your epidymis which produces your sperm! these are small lumps on top of your testes and sometimes get mistaken for cancerous tumours.
