About 2.5 yrs ago, i felt a periodic pain in my right testicle. the onset was sudden and followed a night of severe masturbation(about 3 or 4 times in an hour!). the pain seemed to be coming from the top of my right testis and traveling into my spermatic cord. but it wasn't that severe(i found that at the top of my right testicle, where the spermatic cord connects to the testis and there is a small oval structure, the oval structure felt detached as opposed to the one on my left testicle) . i didn't go to a urologist untill after about a month, i started getting this periodic burning pain in my right pelvic area. this was followed by pressure in that area and feeling of a mass being there. Not long after, i started feeling strange pains in my right thigh and leg, down to the foot, accompanied by twiching in my hip and leg.. along with this, i felt pressure in my right kidney area and above it. the urologist checked my testicles physically and i had an ultrasound which showed something like"fullness in upper pole calyx on the right". Apart from that, nothing else was there. I also had an IVP xray of my kidney which was clear.
Well the real trouble that i'm having and the strangness of my symptoms begin when, after about 4 months from the onset of these symptoms, i started feeling strange pressure in my right head and strange feelng on my right face!! The pressure seemed to be above my right eye and in my whole right side of the head. gradually, this was followed by severe acne on my right face. There were ocassional twitches on my face, on my right eye, lip, corner of mouth. I started to relize that my right face had become a little drooped down. I also feel strange sort of pressure in my right shoulder down my right arm
I went to a neurologist for one year, he did an MRI of the brain, performed many tests but could find nothing and told me that i had depression. And that it was depression that was dong all these things
Well, now after all this time, i feel that my head and hand symptoms are somehow related to my urinary problem!! I feel that the pressure in my roght kidney area and above it is causing blood to be sort of blocked in my right head, shoulder and hand.
I've gone many times to a psychiatrist, taken many medicines spent hours exercising and jogging but this thing doesn't go away!!
Right now I feel strange kind of heat in my whole right body and the feeling that as if blood is sort of blocked in my right hand, head, face, shoulder and leg. Sometimes when the pressure in my abdomen sort of relaxes, al my hand and, head and leg symptoms also relax for some time but then again start.
Also, I feel these symtoms continuously. Right now, I'm in a state of extreme depression and anxiety with no help.
I know some of u wouldn't feel free enough to read through this whole post, due to its length, but i have no choice but to present all my symptoms in detail. Please someone help me!!
i'm 24, athletic, good overall health, and i've been having a lot of the same issues that you described; pain in the right testicle that shoots up to my abdomen on the right side, about where the appendix would be, and often extends to where the right kidney resides...i've also been having the strange pains in the right leg, upper/inner thigh area. i haven't experienced the other symptoms in the face and hand and such, but i've been having this repetetive weird situation where the shaft of my penis feels hard when...err...im not.
i too have seen psychiatrists and i also had 3 docs look at my junk...they all said that although it was weird, they didn't see anything wrong and said it was all stress/anxiety related. Blood tests, etc etc...nothing. Since then I have tried to keep my 3-4 times-a-day whackoff regimen down to 1, and I've also tried to chill out a bit...the anxiety the symptoms were causing was making me increasingly nauseas and dizzy and making feel like complete c**p all over.
Still hasn't cleared up completely, seems to improve then get worse again, and I plan to see a doc again...I think stress and anxiety definitely play a role in it, but I really don't think that's the only thing going on. Anyhow, I was just going to say to chill, try not worry AS much about it...the good thing is the docs didn't see anything horrifically serious...that's what i try to tell myself. You may find that if you can chill out some, some of the symptoms may subside or improve. It's kind of a mind game, I think.
Good luck man I feel your pain!
I haven't found the conditions listed anywhere else, so unless I have somehow caught 10 different things all at once it seems most likely that it is linked to stress/anxiety. Currently I am trying to get into uni, I've been working solidly for weeks on a portfolio with little sleep or time off.
Anyway, I've found that it helps if I just don't think about it, try to relax and not worry too much about things. It tends to all go away if I just have a couple drinks or just go out and get away from work, again which would suggest its stress related.
With that being said let me present my case: I have had similar problems in the right testicular area, feel slight pain in the top part of the leg, and in the lower abdomen around the appendix. I have a vein like structure that seems inflamed on my right testie, and according to the doc the ultra sound just showed swelling, which is weird because it has been like that for over a year. Any ways I have experienced more pain after a couple rounds of sex and/or masturbation. I believe that I have an infection, but I also don't really feel like that is my problem.
I am a personal trainer and have noticed a couple things: 1) when I start to feel the pain and I am standing I look down and see that my leg closest to the side I feel the pain(in my case the right side) is externally rotated, then I shift it straight ahead and the pain seems to stop. 2) when I am having sex or master-bating my legs are also externally rotated a lot of the time. 3) when I stretch in a particular direction, I can feel the same type of pain but on a lesser scale.
keeping all of that in mind along with the fact that I have a bunch of knots/micro tears in my back muscles. I began to think that my psoas muscles, and my piriformis are abnormally tight on the right side. I have incorporated different stretching techniques into my work out routine and I don't feel the pain any where near as often as i used to.
I have read many forums all indicating no diagnosis by doctors. It is possible for this to happen to people who work out hard, sit all day, or to people who just have walked with a slight outward(external) rotation of the foot their whole lifes. I would recommend doing a Google search on piriformis and psoas stretches although I have not seen any demos that offer the stretching I do. I am working on an online training site and should be done in a couple months. At that point I will be demonstrating postural deviation corrections and this will be one of them.
I know that the pain feels as though it comes from the testies, but try some stretches and see if it works. Also feel free to contact me with results or further questions at

I have many of the symtoms you all do.
The worst part of it for me, is the constant dizziness I have....anyone else have this?
I'm so glad I found this site, as now I know that other people are experiencing what I am! I'm in my late 20's and have been healthy all my life.
I started developing the same syptoms about a couple months ago. Tecticular pain, up through the pelvic region, and into my stomach. (Just like the feeling of getting kicked in the junk). My inner thighs would also ache from time to time. I checked myself into the ER twice in one month, covinced something was wrong!....both times they found nothing.
The thing that bothers me the most is the dizziness and lightheadedness I've been having. It seems to almost be constant!
I have also been diagnosed with the typical "anxiety, stress, depression". My doctor prescribed me Zoloft to help relieve these symptoms, but in turn made things worse! I DO NOT recommend this drug for anyone!
I have tried vitamins and herbs, yet this is not going away. I'm going through councelling now, but if anyone finds anything that helps them.... please share! I feel all of your pain, and this is no fun at all!
I also developed eye infections...never happened to me in 35yrs.
all pain on the right side of the body.
i am not having sex with my wife concerned that i may have some STD
though I checked for all of them including HIV.
Everything negative.
NOT HAVING SEX, NO MASTURBATION, PRAYING, MEDITATION HELPS
A BIT.
My take is that - nerve/blood vessel system around there is gotten
too weak and have become lethargic. I think if undisturbed it should
regain its strength or should look for drugs that provide nourishment
to these tissues. I am tending to believe it is a blood circulation problem.
DID ANY ONE PLEASE FOUND A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM?
I FREAKED OUT ON MY SHAFT QUITE A BIT - BEFORE all this started.
Todd
i'm 26. i have had issues with intermittent testicle and abdominal pain (the "kicked in the junk" feeling) for quite some time (~10 yrs) and have never figured out what was wrong despite seeing many doctors. For me the feeling almost always comes about during strenuous exercise. Sometimes it happens with sexual arousal. And sometimes it seems to happen completely out of the blue.
Anyway, I also have a bunch of other symptoms including urinary frequency and urgency and bladder pain. Does anyone else also experience any of those?
I've come across something called interstitial cystitis which seems to fit all my symptoms.
None of my doctors ever mentioned it, I think because historically it's been diagnosed primarily in women, whereas men have been historically misdiagnosed with prostatitis. So, it sounds promising to me and I'm going to see a doctor about my pain again.
Does interstitial cystitis seem to hit home with anyone else?
The pain then goes into my abdomen area, which feels swollen and inflamed. At the last step, I have severe testicular pain and have had breakouts on the shaft and base of my penis, though the doctor has tested me for every STD including herpes and it is not anyone of them. They diagnosed me once for epiditimitus, which is inflammation of the epiditimus, or part of the testicle, which is caused by some sort of blockage.
However, since this has been going on for six years now, I have noticed a pattern in that whenever I am stressed, I get these symptoms.
As a warning to some guys who are just getting these symptoms, I did not have the sores at the beginning of the six years. They developed eventually. They do go away on their own after about a week.
Hope this helps someone.
