hello all,
ive got some of the symtons you guys have, do any of you bend forward alot? my pain started in my left arm, it was like my heart was about to stop n was beating funny, got it checked out it was just mucles pain and i was given napasylin or something like that to take by doc. i started biking shortly after, and this arm pain stopped. but then i had a grine pain, also felt tightness in my inner leg. stopping me from biking, this pain was nasty i couldnt bend forward and i never could sit still for a long time because this pain would kick in, forcing me to figitt. Being a carpet fitter , i always bending and lifting and kicking carpet stretchers some days i cant do this the pain gets to me.But this pain as nearly gone from my left grine, now its in my right testical but not so much in my leg i have to exercise for the pain to be there. i would love to know what causes it, sports hernia or something, or is it just stress, i just get told to fight the pain and that its just all in my head. i get stressed alot from work, so it could be.

First of all, dear users, thank you for speaking. I sufer the same simptoms since like 7 months ago. I remember that it all begun with a masturbation sesion when i felt something to "pop" inside me, on the right hip, like where the leg meets the hip, on the front side.

Since them, i suffer al the simptoms that i can resume like:

Phisical:

1. Pain on the front pelvis on the right side that can be irradiated to the back (where the keedney is) and below the rib.
3. Pain on right buttok and the leg on the thigh that can extend to the foot. Also on the same zone feeling of cold or lost of sensation.
4. Pain on right arm and hand.
5. Sensation of having a bulge or something inside the lower abdomen
6. Sensation of a bulge when the leg is flectioned towards the abdomen.

Internal:

1. Nausea, mostly after eating something, no mather if is a lot or if is a few, if it is a large steak or a piece of brocoly (man that is horrible).
2. Dizzynes and sleepines. Sensation of being a little dumb or slow.
3. More nausea.
4. Pain inside the abdomen at night, it forces you to sleep over your left side.
5. Most of simptoms improves when you stand up and walk for a whyle.

In my case, visits to the doctor:

1. I have history of varicocele, so i went to the urologist. Couldn´t find anything.
2. Gastroenterologist: Tryed to get all the money he could and sent me to perform a gastroscopy but i didn´t go because i know this stuff is not in my stomach.
3. General Doctor: Ordered thigh radiography that didn´t show anything at all, i have a healthy femur.
4. Nausea improved with some Nexium, recomended by the gastro, but i sugest you to consult with your oun doctor. Nausea can appear again.

My consclusions:

1. This is a circulatory problem.
2. This must be located on the hip zone.
3. A CAT scan may reveal wtf is happening there.
4. Doctors are not preciselly oriented to discover this problem.
5. A DOCTOR NEED TO ANSWER THIS FORUM AND MODERATOR SHOULD DELETE THE INSULTING POSTS THAT ARE NOT RELATED, this is serious my friend and we need help "pronto".

Thank you all, best wishes and be ok again soon. Take care of you selves and lower masturbation and abuse of your selves can improve the problem.

I also have this problem. I was diagnosed back in feb with a testicular infection, they gave me antibiotics it didnt go away till like two weeks later. Then recently it came back again, 2 weeks after an appenedectomy. This time its more severe, with a pain in my back feeling like a pinched nerve, and pain in my legs coming and going. I tried taking darvicet and hydrocodone to relieve the pain. But neither helped, it just made me loopy.

I was reading into natural healing and it said that most back and pelvic pain is caused by anger being held in, and emotional numbness. So i went and released the anger on a few wood beams and it helped my back a lil with pain, but my testicles still hurt like someone keeps kicking me.

i go back to the doctor tomorrow. ill post what he says about an xray from yesterday.

Good luck to the rest of you guys

wed 2st

doc said the Xray was fine....thinks its an infection of the speramtic cord, making me take an antibiotic.(prolly wont help)

Good thread. Im an older guy, soon to be age 40. Ive had all the symptoms alot of you guys mentioned for about 3 years now. All my doctor wanted to do was a rectal prostate exam (really charming), quick tecticle exam, PSA test, and blood work. Nothing... The doc said 5 ejax a day, everyday, should not cause any symtoms in any man in and of themselves. I don't buy it really, especially after read you guy's posts here today. My biggest concern is that all those symptoms are somehow related to something going on in either my bowels or bladder, which could produce ALL the described symptoms in this thread. Well, good luck to us all...
Now I am married and between real sex and mast., I have at least one ejaculation each day, one way or the other. I still have continued to this its related to this (overuse of the whole seminal/tecticle/prostate system).

I have exactly the same thing coming up on a year now. Blood work, urinalyses all come back clean. Even been on cipro, doc figures it was epididymis. If it is it’s reoccurring, I have had second and third opinions and still with no real resolution. I will be going to see the urologist the beginning of July and hope he will have some news. I am a fit healthy 23 year old with no history of illness, and this has slowed me down. I totally can relate with anyone who is going through this and wish it upon no one.

Thank god I found this conversation Thank you all for your honesty and openness.
I was convinced it was just me. I have had every examination you can imagine. I have had doctors look in every orifice in my body including a Cystoscopy and still no answers.
My story is similar to you all; I think that during 2 drawn out sex sessions with my wife (2 to 3 hours) is when it happened. After the first time I felt slight pain (almost like a muscular strain) in my side and lower abdomen. Later that week we were again having sex and I too felt something, not so much as pop but just “give” and we had to stop as I was in so much pain. The next day I found a very small drop of blood after urinating and was in very bad pain.

Since that weekend in Feb 2008 my life has changed and I feel very miserable. I can no longer enjoy sex at all for as soon as it is over for the next 2 or 3 days I am just in uncomfortable pain in my lower abdomen (almost a bloated feeling) I described it to my doctor as: “It is how I would imagine period pain would feel”. It is very depressing for someone who did have a very physical relationship with my partner it is very frustrating. I have a high sex drive and this has not diminished it in any way and I have not suffered any loss of sexual function. I do find sometimes that I can trigger a mild form of the pain from strenuous exercise but never as bad as it is after ejaculation.

I do have a theory however, I think it is muscular and may be linked to the pelvic floor muscle in some way. To me it has all the symptoms of a strained muscle or damaged or weakened muscle. I would love to find an answer to this as I am convinced that the doctors have no idea what it is or how to treat it. I have found that (and feel free to LoL) period pain medication helps a lot, I avoid pain killers if I can but it helps.

Good luck to you all and I agree with the comments regarding the off colour comments from some. To them I would say just be thankful it is not you as this can ruin your life and truly affect the way you live your life, it is very unpleasant. I do hope that my comments trigger an idea in any doctors that may be looking through this information.

i too just started to have this pain, started last night prolly after a round of masturbation, feels as if my right testicle hurts ( even though its been removed for cancerous reasons) but again it hurts as if i been kicked and lower stomach pains and upper right leg pains, it hurts so bad i have to sit down then the pain hits again. i thought it was something i ate, some sorta recall on tomatos, then i was looking online and found this...so now i dunno, but it feels like i need to poo, but there is nothing there...any suggestions?

I have an update for you regarding this subject. Like all of you I have had no assistance from doctors and can find no specific information regarding this topic.

As I told you before I have had this complaint since Feb 2008 and have been unable to find any real answers. I have however been experimenting with over the counter medication and have found a few things that have helped.

1)The first thing and I think probably the most important is NO SEX IN ANY FORM. If this is muscular in some way, as I suspect than your body needs time to recover, time to heal. One blood test that I had showed a very small increase of a chemical my Doctor told me is normally associated with an infection or injury, I went of 3 months to start with no sexual activity AT ALL and found that pain levels did drop but did not go away.
2)I found analgesic pain killers have worked best to relive acute pain
3)And this is my latest discovery that I have found has made a marked improvement over the last few weeks. Imodium Advanced. Why? You may well ask. Well while I do not have a diarrhea problem I have noticed since this all started small changes in this area of body. As many of you know the pain could be described as a pain similar to wanting to go to the toilet all the time. As I have been looking for answers on this issue one of the topics that seems to come up when searching the internet is Irritable Bowl Syndrome. I put 1+1 together and came up with Imodium; I gave it a try and found it helps immensely. At first I took 1 tablet a day but found that it was giving me a little constipation than 1 tablet a day for 2 days than gave it a break but I found that half a tablet each day is enough to settle the pain in my lower abdomen to the point that some days I don’t notice it very much at all. As the weeks have passed the pain has defiantly decreased.

In summary this has worked for me but I don’t know if it will work for you but it is more advice than I have had from any doctor I have seen to this point. Since I have been following the above points I have been able to enjoy a little bit on “special” time with my girl friend in very small amounts (once every 2 weeks at this point) with out any adverse affect to the pain or over all problem. But I think a very big part for me on the small gains is strictly limiting sexual activity. I think that the pain killers and the Imodium help to ease the symptoms but the more time you can give your body to heal itself by abstaining from sex is the real key.

I hope this may help some of you.
Good Luck to you all.

Although the symptoms could be caused by a number of different things, some of you may have a hernia. A urologist should be able to detect a hernia, but certainly a good internist (doctor of internal medicine) would. Another possibility is a varicocele which is a pooling of blood in a vessel in the testicle(s). A urologist should certainly be able to diagnose a varicocele.

Here are a few reputable sources to check out:

Hi everyone.....im very glad to hav found this page because iv being having many of the symptons that you guys hav being describing!

im 2o years old and this problem first began about 2months ago!I first felt a pain in my lower right back which then proceeded into my right testicual. The pain is not excurceating but is uncomfortable.....the testicual is quite tender and swollen. At around the same time that this problem began,i begun to feel depressed and full of anxiety most of the time. These feelings are still contineing today and can some days be quite servere leaving me feeling hopeless and lost! One of the worst things is that i have no "Reason" to feel this way....i just do!I am not sure if my mental health problem and the testicular problem are connected!?!?

I first visited a doctor about 1 month ago in relation to the testicular problem....he said it was probably just and infection and would subside itself!!
An opinion from a second doctor several days later was the same!I never told either of these doctors about my mental health issues.

Today i visited another doctor who i told everything to!She said she could see no connection between the two problems!
She excamined my testes and said that she could not see any major problem with them.
As for the Depression and anixity she asked me many questions about my life....trying to find a possible reason!

She did not pescribe any medication for me but gave me this advice for the depression and anxiety:
1Talk to people about it
2eat well avoiding chocolate and cafeen
3stop drinking alchol for 2 weeks as its a depressant
4worry less about it
5excercise

she has made an appointment for me to return to her in two weeks.

I myself am not sure if these two problems are linked but i do think there is a possibility that there is.I hav read several posts on people who are having similar difficulties and it appears that Doctors are not aware of this problem excisting and any treatments for it!?!?

I can only hope with all my might that this problem is resolved soon for myself and others who are suffering from it.....

good luck guys!!!!

I Am only 16 turning 17 in february and these symptoms occur occasionally. some days theyre horrible, others i notice but dont acknowledge it. i have recently had the pain in the back of my leg. this is all happening on the left side of my body. my epididymis looks swollen on both sides, slightly more on the left. sometimes i have these weird convulsion things and my eyes roll and twitch. i feel like my nuts are sucking up into me sometimes. i thought and think its gonorrhea, which would suck nutsack. and i dont think that gonorrhea causes your eyes to go in the back of your head and all of these other crazzy symptoms. but yeah. the pain in my leg felt liek a tumor growing or something. im really tired so this is all going to sound really jumbled. i have takin XTC alot and maybe this is all deficiencies of dopamine and serotonin. because one guy above stated that he was perscribed Zoloft, an anti-depressant, which releases serotonin in the brain. Only a theory everyone, more than likely wrong but still, its a thought. i dont know. and one time a smoked some weed and my left leg was wayyyy to crooked to the left. and i had pain, but couldnt really feal it because i was high. again Feel good chemicals in your brain come into play. Ponder Much? i want answers just as much as everyone in here and i prob answered some of yours. thats what we are here for.. im going to bookmark this page. so people keep info coming.

having sex and masturbation releases endorphans, dopamine, and seritonin, and relitive amounts of adrenaline based on how, where, and when you do it. so maybe its the link between physical and chemical symptoms colliding. too much stress on your testies from ejaculating too much in a giving time period and tehn some. The release of all your "feel good" chemicals are depriving you of them, not profusley, but considerably, causing the droopyness reported. i dont know this is all in my head. you put 1 and 1 together

Hi all, great thread here thanks for sharing.
I'm 29 and feeling similarly crappy about having these symptoms. It seems to come and go, an ache in my right testicle, burning in my right lower abdomen and sometimes back, and sometimes pain under my right ribcage. I've dismissed hernia as I have visited a specialist before and said there wasn't one, plus hernia's are typically of visible size. This feels like a subdermal issue, but it does wear my stamina down when it flares up. It feels worse when I am stressed out. I don't masturbate much and don't have sex more than a handful of times a month. I think Golem or Ring Wraiths have stabbed me with one of their cursed blades. I had a testicle ultrasound before too, and there was nothing unusual. Like others mentioned, there was a time during sex I experienced a 'pop' exactly where I presently feel a burning sensation. I think there may be a connection to pinched nerves causing it to worsen, as my mattress is not comfortable at all and too small for my height, so my feet hang off the bed. But I believe this is not the cause, just something to worsen the feeling. There is a definite stiffness on my right side from my abdomen at about the ribcage down though. Very frustrating. If I can offer anything else I'll post again. Good luck and good health everybody :-)
