-pain in my lower right abs, just where appendix should be
-gas and a feel of constipation
- testicular pain at my left testicle
no one thought this could be a parasite? it could explain the vastness of the symptomes and the negative results of all the exams. Just guessing.

I feel your pain and as you all know it sucks. You scroll through the possibilities scare the shi* outta yourself you get checked multiple times you think there is no way that nothing can be wrong. I'm almost convinced it is anxiety from what I'm reading from everyone and what is going on in my life. Just couple months ago I started getting really bad anxiety and than I started freaking about these problems. I go to the phyc. For the first time on Friday to find out what is going on here cause its nuts. And it sucks. My person symptoms are sore testcles, groin pain, constipation, and my testcles sometime sagg down randomly, and my left testcle seems to be the most painful one.

This week i'll take an ecography to testicles and abdomen. My doctor think it could be varicocele, but i'm not so sure about it.

For what it's worth, I bet you guys are suffering from issues arising from a postural deviation due to hypertonic muscles in the legs and/or torso. I bet your pelvises are tilted forward and/or to the left or right, and it's changed your geometry just enough to cause ALMOST EVERY ONE of these symptoms, that seem "oddly connected somehow"...including pressure one side of the head, arm and leg. I suspect that at least one of your thighs are slightly rotated inward or outward. To those with arm and head symptoms, I suspect that your collarbones are slightly asymmetrical. I suspect if you dug your elbows into you inner thigh muscles, you'd find sore, tight spots somewhere in them, and/or, if you layed on the floor with a tennis ball under your lower back and/or buttocks, you'd find sore, tight spots somewhere in there. Hypertonic muscles in either of these areas, believe it or not, if bad enough, can cause almost all of the symptoms you're describing...as well as some you'd never believe. If you find sore spots in these muscles, google "trigger point compression," and get rid of the tight spots. I also suspect that suddenly emptying your bowels (with laxatives or high fiber) may have an immediate effect on these symptoms (all of them, because they're connected). These are two easy things to try, and you should see a difference immediately. You're probably wondering who I am, and why I think these things. I'm nobody. But I have a muscular condition that's causing extreme contraction of the muscles in the areas I've mentioned severely affecting my spinal/pelvic alignment, and causing these exact symptoms, directly proportional to how tight the muscles are on a given day. Just wanted to share my thoughts. Please post any results or thoughts.
i am 43 , it is about a month that i feel a dull pain centered around where my right leg joints my body , the pain stretches to my right upper thigh , right testicle and right lower back and abdomen , i feel it increases when i am sitting for a while , standing or walking reduces the pain , i do not have any kind of disease or illness , i hope someone produces a cure or offers a feliefe , it is not hard to tolerate , it is hard to be worried about
Your symptoms are quite close to early fialriasis symptom. Early filariasis causes pain commonly in one testicle and it might radiate to inner thighs, legs and prostrate. Mild to moderate pain is usually felt on the entire testicle, more prominent on the epididymis on palpation. A Dull pain or kind of discomfort is often felt in the inner thighs, groin and calf muscle of the leg. There might be a slight psychological feeling that the affected side is a little heavy than the normal side. Discomfort is felt while walking or climbing stairs.
See a doctor and he might prescribe Diethylcarbamazine or albendazol depending upon the country you are living. Diethylcarbamazine is a two months course with three tablets each day. Eucalyptus oil may provide brief relief for scrotal pain when rubbed and massaged gently over the testicle. Refer with your doctor for further treatments and do not take medications on your own.

I've had the symptoms for 6 months now, it seems to flare up from time to time and then go down again a few weeks after it begins. I've had scans and the rest of it, but nothing has shown up so far. I'm going to get an appointment with a urologist, but i'm waiting a std test (which I doubt it is) for now. Yes i have been experiencing this for a while now i have been feeling pains in my thighs and make me weak all the time...how can i stop this please someone should help me out!!!
I have to say something, I have testicle(left) disconfort, varicocele left side, and a litle hidrocele with 2mm hidrocel on lelf epdidimium...
Ive got lost of libido(mainly when standed up) and some burning on left side...
I have get some better when I use viagra or cialis...so on
After using for while posture braces(i used because I have bad posture, not for the testicle problem) I`ve got alot better!!!!!
The heat from the testicle got away, and alot from the libido came again...
Its like 70% from the problem I have, the blood suplie for the left testicle, i thougt was alot of things(infection etc...).
The braces that goes on the belly(pulling it to the inside) I think was the one that did the trick(i think did the trick because turned the spermatic veins straight, i have a litle beer belly)....
So try it, if nothing else helped...

Hey, I just found this thread and I think I can back up the poor posture hypothesis for this problem.
I developed symptoms two or three months ago - a pain and feeling of pressure around my kidney areas and a sharp pain around the tubes in my scrotum above my testicles, worse on the right side. I got diagnosed with an infection despite my tests always coming back clear and put on three different courses of antibiotics but it just kept coming and going. I've been waiting on a hospital appointment but it was feeling a lot better until a couple of days ago, until it all came right back again.
I never even made the connection until I found this thread, though. I've been suffering some upper back pain due to a stupid amount of PC use (like a few posters I've been suffering depression and anxiety and, being unemployed right now, it's all too easy to spend most of my day on the internet) and had been making an effort to improve my posture and get away from the PC. This coincided with the ball and kidney symptoms starting to pass too, though I never put 2+2 together. They came back quite badly a day or two ago - right after I stupidly fell back into my old computer use habits again. I'd also noticed at times my right foot would start falling asleep after prolonged computer use, which would definitely imply to me that a nerve was being affected.
So I'm going to try and improve my posture and get away from the PC again and see if it helps - I'm pretty confident it will. Got to say I'm feeling a lot better tonight. Worrying about having some long term illness on top of everything else hasn't been easy for me.
hey, i just read (pretty much) every post on here, and i feel a lot better. im currently not in the country of my healthcare provider, but as soon as i get back, im going to go to the doctor to ensure that it isn't anything serious. i think you're hypothesis about computer use is probably correct, mixed w/ jacking off, and whatever else everyone has been saying. alls i can say is: i feel a lot better after reading these posts. good luck man.
