You nailed it. You feel testical pain, you go to a urologist. You feel abdominal pain, you go to a gastroenterologist. What all of these people are missing is an orthopedist trained in sports medicine.
If any of you ever read Rustang's post, you need to do the tennis ball trick. Looks up sciatic pain release, there are videos. For me, it turned out to be the priformis muscle crushing my sciatic nerve, which caused everything above to go spastic and actually harm my testicals, give me vareocicles, hydroceles, sprmicolies, etc
The first hint for me was I eventually made it to a pain clinic which did nerve blocks on both my left and right sciatic nerve. After months I was "cured". I now have another flair up but found out about the priformis muscle, hit up a ciropractor which showed me the pressure point which cleared up all my issues. Next step will be a orthopedist to continue exploring this.

Just learn priforms exercises, you will be freed of your pain.

Hi guys,i am 24.one day while masterbuation i felt like one of my testicle was trying to push into my thigh region,it was right testicle. i left masterbuation for some days.i smoke weed regularly, after smoking one day i felt sever pain in my testicles.when i touched one of my right testicle my pain increases or i felt like rush of pain in my whole body .other symptoms were that my stomach used to get full quickly.the diet was much less.i thought that these symptoms  might be due to weed.now whenever i smoke weed my sac feels heavy and i can't sleep at night, some type of light pain in my testicles.my pain area changes sometimes its thighs or hips and i feel like some pinch below my right nipple.but i haven't got man breasts.my diet has recovered but my dull pain in right thigs and other body part  remain.my left testicle hang lower than my right  one.my sac size has increased.what can be this???

Hey there, I thought I'd post an update to my message from last month just to let you all know what's happened.

I've finally seen the physio and the urologist in the last week. The physio said that while ball pain can be caused by back problems the fact that I had a pain in my kidney area too made it unlikely that was the cause. She did identify the back problem I'd been having as being one overburdened muscle rather than anything majorly serious, thankfully.

The urologist is pretty certain that the ball pain is epididymitis but didn't tell me much about it - frankly he had me in and out his office in about five minutes which was quite annoying after weeks and months of pain and waiting for an appointment. I've read up on it and what seems to have happened is that I've had it as an infection (I had chills and a fever when it first arrived) but while I'm now infection-free the inflammation and pain haven't gone down.

I think the reason for this is stress.

I mentioned in the last post I've been suffered from depression and anxiety for a few years now and I've also been having stomach problems which have been diagnosed as an irritable bowel, which is quite common with stress. The anxiety has been hammering me recently, worse than it's been in almost a decade. I'm having real trouble using public transport or spending time with other people and the physio appointment brought home just how much tension there is in my muscles every day. Ironically, the anxiety has gotten worse due to my ill health which seems to have been caused by the anxiety in the first place.

So right now I'm going to counselling sessions, I'm doing relaxation exercises daily and trying to get a handle on it and deal with it. I'm reasonably sure if I can do that then my body will start to heal and these problems will start ease off. I've already seen noticeable improvements with my stomach in the last couple of weeks and while my balls are still sore and the pain flares up for a couple of days at a time every so often, they are better than they were a month ago.

So good luck everyone, I hope my experiences might be of help to some of you.

David

PS - I've also read that pelvic floor exercises can be beneficial for this type of problem and I've started doing those too. That's something some of you might want to look into too.

too many posts, I didn't read all of them. i am having similar issues which started after some pretty rough leg stretching (yoga type). it is either testicular hernia or some sort of tendon strain in groin area. testicular hernia can cause all of the symptoms and pain in stomach, leg, heavy breathing (the diaphragm) is connected and it tightens up to prevent streching/pain. i know someone who has had similar symptoms for 5 yeas now and has undergone any treatment on earth to no avail. only now did we realize he may have hernia, which has never been checked for apparently. i have had mine only for 3 days and I hope it passes. we'll see.

Hi, I'm probably a little late to the party but I'm 16 and I've been suffering from dull testicular pain, dull anal/ rectal pain and dull burning right leg pain aswell, the pain seems to be further on the right of all of these. I get intermittent pain in my lower abdomen too, usually right side, I haven't felt any odd growths in my scrotum or anything but I'm mainly worried about hernias or testicular cancer, some days the pain is barely noticable but others its unbearable and doesn't allow me to sleep at all, most days there's no pain at all and recently it's been less common, I'm going to see a doctor soon but it's very awkward with the subjec matter and all the exams surrounding it, also I've only ever sexual contact once and that was a year ago using protection and these symptoms were present before that so it's not STD related.

I'm bookmarking this page, my symptoms started at the age of 25 and from 10 years now on I'm havin this sh*t once or twice in a month, it is triggered if I get cold from my feet and masturbate.., most of the time it gets so serious that it causes nausea and almost makes me cries, its like someone is blowing a baloon somewhere between by testicle and anus, I go toilet and dump, then the pain goess off. Now recently this pain is gone, instead I'm having a slight constant pain at my right testicle, right leg, and right lower belly, I also noticed a decrease in my libido, I guess now its time to see doctor..

hot water massage with towel to the thighs,up the pelvic and scrotum reduces the pain instantly, because it straightens the shrink-ed blood vessels, allowing blood flow easily...works for me,may work for you too
