Hi, folks. I am currently working out for 3 hours a day, five times a week. I am not satisfied with my progress. I am thinking of splitting my trainings and having workout twice a day. I am not sure if there are benefits of working out twice a day. Does anyone have any idea? I would like to read what you think.
Hi, there. It all depends what your aim is. If you like to lose weight, there is no need for working out twice a day. However, it can be a good idea for shaping your muscles. You can have a day of rest between your days of working out. My friend works out twice a day. In the morning, he has cardiovascular training. In the evening, he is more focused on building his muscles. I hope this helps. Bye!
renaud634, do some research on "overtraining" as it pertains to exercise and weight training.
