Running is one of the most difficult activities that I’ve ever practiced! I’ve been trying to somehow adapt myself to it, but I can’t. I get tired after only a few minutes of moderate running. I admit that I’ve been inactive for the last few years, but this is a nightmare. Can you suggest me how to establish my running routine?

The fact is that it’s not so easy to establish your running routine and to get used to the rhythm of training. The most important thing to bear in mind constantly is that you should start moderately and not exaggerate with training. So, forget about speeding up and stick to slow running regime until you’ve adjusted your body to this activity. Don’t forget to do the warming up exercises because you can injure yourself if you don’t do it properly. Your beginner regime should last for approximately 9 weeks. During that period you should gradually increase the intensity of training. So, in two months time you’ll have your running routine established.
