The doctor put me on HYDROCHLOROT 25 MG TAB for high blood presure. I started noticing dark circles and bags under my eyes. I stop taking the medication for three weeks and noticed particularly the bags are getting smaller. Could HYDROCHLOROT 25 MG cause under eys bags and dark circles under the eyes. Note in February of 2014 I had some dark ness that was slightly noticable and no bags at all. I started taking this medication in January 2
