the entrance to my vagina is covered in hard light pink flesh

Would really appreciate the help as don't know what I have right now !!

Basically the entrance to my vagina is covered in hard light pink flesh and then there is a tiny hole in the middle which must be my vagina hole so basically I have a hole in side a hole 

im really worried and don't know what to do please help and thanks in advance
