I did some research on naturopathy because I am very interested in alternative medicine and I found out that it has so many modalities. I am wondering which one of them is the most effective one and why. I would like to hear opinion of people that have experience with natural therapy.
Naturopathy uses various modalities and it is naturopath's decision which one of them he is going to use. Usually he uses the combination of few of them. Some interventions that are usually used in naturopathy are natural cures like sunshine and fresh air, then there are herbal remedies, acupuncture, nutrition, exercises, etc. My naturopath cured my skin problem with herbal mixture and suggested frequent exposure to sunshine.
I had a skin problem myself. Conventional medicine wasn’t helpful because they just couldn’t find what caused it. I went to natural therapist and he gave much more attention to my mental condition because he considered it to be the cause of my problem. And he was right. After a treatment, my skin problem was gone. I feel much better now, especially mentally because he taught me how to deal with stressful situations.
