There is a little cold sore, sometimes is a little warm, weird burning sensation

It is a little warm feeling but idk if that means anything. It wasn't there yesterday. I woke up this morning around 6 and noticed it. I've had three blood tests, all negative, but still having ongoing mouth burning sensations-- now this. Any thoughts/ideas appreciated!
