There are two glands either side the clitoris so what you are seeing is the opening to them what is normal.

OK, so three separate issues/questions got raised here:
- Holes on the sides of the clitoris, some with discharge. The consensus is that these are normal glandular openings that merely require frequent washing
- Hole in the clitoris itself - The consensus is that this is just a normal but small opening and is sexually sensitive
- No clitoris, nor accompanying sensitivity - I didn't see any answer but the definitive answer is that many girls have little by way of protruding sex organs and the clitoris is often part of that. The nerves are there, but are embedded in the surrounding tissue, and often require more aggressive stimulation to be felt. Moreover, the sensitivity of such organs varies significantly with hormone levels, usually being much more excitable during ovulation.
