hey I have this swollen clear bubbly looking skin like under the head of my penis and my foreskin is pulled back under my head. I can't pull it back over because of this swollen skin. This is the first time this has happened to me and I really don't know what to do. Can someone help me and tell me anything that can help. I'm scared and don't know what to dooooo.
