There isn't necessarily a set amount you should have sex because every person and relationship is different. Sometimes you're up for it and sometimes you aren't. Just ask the other person how much they want. My boyfriend and I have sex every time we see each other which is about every 2 days but it also depends on age. We're young adults so our hormones still rage but older couples amount can be more or less.
