I've got to the stage now were i am timing my run to see how fast i can run a mile in. It's getting addictive.
It all started the other day when i had to be home for a guy coming to fix my washer. I knew i couldn't be out long so i ran a little faster. Before then i always assumed it took me around 15 minutes to run a mile. However, i did it in just over 8! Ever since that day I've been timing myself and even bought a stopwatch from ebay.

yup, timing yourself can be very addicting
make sure though, that you don't do that every time..that is setting you up for injury & overtraining if you do
i should take my own advice more often :umno:

It is fun. I had always found that I preferred competing against myself because I had so far to improve that it was cool to see the changes.
