i am 5 foot 5inch tall girl. im in 7th grade. im not doing any sports because my mom doesnt have any money ever since my step-dad left. :'(
i weigh 135lbs, but i want to be 107lbs. I started with 137lbs, and have been dieting for like 3 weeks and only lost 2 lbs!! i am at risk of overweight, i have to loose like 5 more lbs.
i suck in my stomach at skewl so no1 will see tht im fat. or i just wer baggy shirts.
at my skewl, since its last term, i dont hav gym class. i think tht tht might have something to do with it. i want to loose all this weight before August 1st 2010 (its June 3rd 2010), because thats wen i MIGHT do cheerleading... (ive been doing it for 3 years now... if i join this year it will be my 4th year), and i dont want my legs showing if there going to be big (cuz i hav 2 wer shorts). PLEASE ANY TIPS?
Hi honey! Have you heard the expression "Puppy Fat" Well this is VERY true! I PROMISE you that when you start maturing more, this "fat" will drop off! Just watch what you are eating - no fast food - and just drink lots of wter and it will happen I PROMISE! Also at your height and weight you are NOT fat! You just haven't got all the curves yet that's all OK? IF you become healty - biking, swimming, walking, etc, this WILL help you - not so much to loose weight, but to jus tbe healthier that's all OK?
