i masterbate usually once a day and sometime evry other day i used to masterbate 2-3 times a day but i heard it can lower sperm count and i dont want that! does anyone hav any techniques as to wat i can do to masterbate lesss?and wen they say masterbating can cause low sperm count duz that mean just for a while or it will last a long time please get back to me with some answerz!

if you masturbated 5 times a day for a week, your sperm count would be low because of constant ejaculation, but then if you gave it two days rest, your testicles would be back to their normal number of sperm
